PayOnJobs is operated through ColabContent LLC, based in Massachusetts. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to payonjobs.com, prospective partners who submit our application form, active partners using our platform, and the homeowner customers whose calls pass through tracked numbers we provision for partners.
2. What we collect
From visitors and applicants: name, business name, phone, email, city, trade, years in business, crew count, current marketing channel, ad-budget band, IP address (hashed), referrer URL, user-agent, UTM parameters.
From active partners: business legal name, owner contact info, tracking-number routing target, Stripe Connect account details (Stripe holds these; we hold an account id reference), license and insurance numbers (uploaded by partner during verification).
From homeowner customers calling tracked numbers: call recording (with opt-in disclosure at start of call), transcript, derived sentiment, phone number, name and address as stated to the AI, job type, scheduled time.
3. Why we collect it
To run the platform. Specifically: route calls to the right partner, generate invoices, split payments via Stripe Connect, send appointment reminders, send customer-satisfaction follow-ups, audit for compliance with our partner agreement, comply with tax law (Stripe issues 1099-K), and improve our AI agents.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers strictly necessary to run the platform: Vercel (hosting), Vercel Postgres / Neon (database), Stripe (payments + Connect), Twilio (SMS + voice numbers), Retell AI (voice agent), Resend (email delivery), Google (Ads + Business Profile, only with the partner's explicit Google account link).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners outside the immediate platform stack above.
5. How long we keep it
Applications and call records: for the duration of the partner relationship plus 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Customer call recordings: 90 days by default, longer if required for an active dispute. Aggregated anonymized data may be kept indefinitely to improve the platform.
6. Your choices
Email: you can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email privacy@payonjobs.com. We respond within 30 days.
SMS: reply STOP to any text message from our number to opt out. Reply START to opt back in.
Call recording: we will not record your call if you state at the start of the call that you do not consent. The AI will offer to transfer you to a human dispatcher.
7. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents
You have the additional rights to know what we collect, request deletion, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests to

8. Security
We use HTTPS for everything. Payment data is held by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Database is encrypted at rest. Access to admin tools is gated by a shared secret with cookie sessions. Partner-specific data is access-controlled per partner id.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced via email to active partners and via a notice at the top of payonjobs.com for at least 30 days.
